My son had a great first experience the staff was very friendly and everyone treated him with kids gloves. He loves the stickers, the games and of course having lemonade.

The staff there are really nice! The enviornment is comfortable so you're not as nervous and uptight if it wasn't. And by having the games and the frozen lemonade machine it distracts the patients from the appointment ahead.
