I enjoy being a patient at CSFS. I feel comfortable around all of the doctors and don't get nervous about appointments.

I just got my braces on and everyone was so nice! I didn't feel a thing when I got them on and they were really precise about putting them on correctly! The games and rewards make having your braces fun!

The staff at CFS are the best! They always are polite and friendly to the patients and their parents. The Fulton office is always clean and the open environment there really makes for a relaxed and safe feeling. Wifi and free coffee as well.
