The CFSS team is always so welcoming and make us feel comfortable at each visit! They are knowledgeable and helpful to explain the process every step of the way at each appointment.

CFSS orthodontics is a great place to get braces and other orthodontic care. They give great care to make sure I am comfortable, and very accommodating to my sensitivity needs. I was pleasantly surprised at how great my braces look. I have not met all four doctors, but the two I have met were very nice and explained things to me that I wouldn't normally understand. Overall, I think CFSS orthodontics is a great place to get braces and other orthodontic care.
I think the orthodontists do a very good job of taking care of teeth. Some of the tools they use fascinate me. I really like the orthodontist office. Thank you orthodontists!

I had an appointment today and will be getting my appliance on next week. Everybody is really nice at the Fayetteville office. Especially David, he was really funny.
I'm Matthew and I LOVE This Place! They are ALWAYS gentle, and I promise you will have a good smile afterwards! I rate 5 stars!
